With expertise in financial management and accounting systems, Ms Castor brings to the team her extensive experience with cooperatives. Working with and in a community, Ms Castor helps align business objectives with social and environmental values by establishing clear operational guidelines, improving and perfecting financial practices, and organizing meetings and workshops towards capacity building. She received her Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Cooperative Management (PBDCM) at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines- College of Cooperatives and her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Ateneo de Zamboanga, Philippines. She speaks fluent Tagalog, Chavacano Ilongo and Bisaya, as well as English.
